Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days for new, unused items in original packaging. Opened/used fragrances, cosmetics, and personal care aren’t returnable unless defective or we shipped the wrong item. For damage/defect/wrong item, email support@avera-group.com within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund. Start a return by emailing your order # for an RMA. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
